1. Pour 10ml lemon juice into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.

2. Add 15ml Creme de Cassis, 50ml calvados and top with 100ml orange juice.

3. Stir gently to preserve the distinct colors.

4. Garnish with apple slice.
