Put ice cubes into highball glass.

2. Add 1 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

3. Pour 30ml vodka, 60ml beef boullion and 10ml lemon juice over the ice.

4. Stir gently and garnish celery stalk or lemon wedge.
