1. Combine 50ml gin, 30ml sweet vermouth and 20ml Chartreuse with ice in a mixing glass.

2. Add a dash of Orange Bitters and stir well for 20 seconds.

3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and optionally garnish with a lemon peel.
