Put some ice cubes into shaker.

2. Add 50ml tequila, 50ml white rum, 75ml pineapple juice and 50ml grapefruit juice.

3. Optionally add a splash of lime juice and 10ml sugar syrup.

4. Shake well and strain into hurricane glass.
