1. Optionally prepare the Martini glass - drizzle it with chocolate syrup and rim with sugar or chocolate shavings.

2. Fill shaker with ice cubes.

3. Pour 30ml cold espresso, 45ml vanilla vodka and 45ml coffee liqueur.

4. Optionally add 30ml Creme de Cacao white.

5. Shake and strain into Martini glass.

6. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
