Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add 30ml Frangelico, 30ml Bailey's or other Irish cream, and 30ml cream.

3. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

4. Optionally top up with loose whipped cream.

5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
