1. Fill shaker with ice.

2. Add 45ml bourbon whiskey, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and a dash of egg white.

3. Shake well and strain into Rocks or Cobbler glass.

4. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
