Also known as "Mi-To", this cocktail was created around 1860 in a cafe in Milan, Italy. It is named after the ingredients: Campari is from Milan and Sweet vermouth is from Turin. With the addition of soda this drink turns into "Americano" cocktail, with gin - into "Negroni".
