Florida governor Rick Scott plans on using $3million dollars out of $32million for seven counties. A month later, still nothing has been done for those whom have been directly affected. This Tuesday, July 31st we will be confronting the Army Core of Engineers. The Army Core continues to infest our waterways. We will also discuss how fracking has a role in the cause of this state of emergency.
