WZRD Chicago welcomes Swing Hakim (formerly Doctor Swing) to the studio. Never has a band composed of doctorate-wielding Chicago-area higher education faculty members playing Gypsy Jazz, blues, classical Arabic music, Klezmer, and balkan influenced tunes jammed so hard. Check it out if you dig music along the lines of Django Reinhart, Abe Shwartz, The Polkaholics, Gogol Bordello or anything in between!
