Jennifer Woods, Swiss Patient Leader and PPI partner, shares how Switzerland can strengthen patient access to digital health technologies: from usability and patient-reported outcomes/experience measures (PROMs & PREMs) to data privacy & security, value-based care, and the daily burden of illness. Beyond highlighting the gaps, she points to solutions — such as integrating patient voices earlier and systematically in HTA processes and aligning market access with real-world patient needs.
