On this episode of Community Matters, we speak with Hayden McGuire, Executive Director of SWITCH, a community health centre in Saskatoon, SK. Through CACHC's CVP-National Project, funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada, SWITCH increased vaccine confidence and uptake among vulnerable members of the community through a number of innovative initiatives, including a pet care clinic where people could get information about vaccines and services while accessing care for their pets.
