In this episode, we're going to talk about the need to know that the things you do can be achieved in different ways. In the technical field, there is a great tendency towards perfectionism when trying to find solutions. It's as if there's only one solution to be found on anything we do.

It also seems that we can't afford to make mistakes and learn from our mistakes. Everything makes us think that this "one" solution will be easy and quick, without being aware that other approaches could lead us to the same result more quickly and effectively.

But in reality, things are more complex than we think. Our flexibility in executing solutions can become a major differentiator in the way we manage our team.

So, remember that things can be done in different ways.
