Today, we will preview what to expect. Host John Gregory is joined by two legendary figures of Australian canoe slalom, Olympic silver medallist Danielle Woodward and C1M World Champion Robin Bell.

In tomorrow's episode, released at 6 am AEST, we will introduce you to the first of our Penrith races with the individual kayak cross time trial, appearing for the first time as a medal event at the World Championships.
