Liz talks about the tragic case of Sylvia Likens. She and her younger sister were left in the care of a woman name Gertrude Saniszewski while her parents traveled for work in the 1960's. Sylvia suffered unimaginable abuse at the hands of Gertrude, her children, and other neighborhood children before her death three months later.
