This week we are pleased to be joined by one of the hardest working - and longest distance - mutha luvaz in the scene James from Lazy Habits! No festival or live Hip Hop event is complete without James and his amazing band who have been slugging it out for some years now breaking ground with theor own particular brand of live breaks, brass chops and energetic emceeing which has taken them all round the world. James currently resides in Taiwan so we talked about how he came into music, the difficulties of working long distance on the new album 'Vermillion Sands' as well as some helpful advice on PRS.
