This was an interesting conversation.  I discovered Mod 3 Design on Instagram, and saw that they made homes out of shipping containers.  I thought.....hmmm....I'd be interested in seeing that, so we brought some cameras, and off we went.

Over the course of our tour with Rob, I really loved these homes, and it started to make a lot of sense to me as a real estate investment or personal home to live in.  Hope you guys enjoy the conversation, it's a little unique compared to some of what we normally do.
