To define the synthesis of knowledge, some of the main concepts defined by Nonaka, who is the most referenced author in the world on Knowledge Management, are brought forward. The highlight is necessary to highlight our conformity of vision regarding the definition of the primary concept that gives rise to the name of the proposed solution: Knowledge Synthesis!
Considering the ideas:
a) IT and Modularity: analogous to the old container (standard size) for international maritime transport;
b) Commoditization: the trap of modularity;
c) Knowledge Synthesis: Modular and Integral;
Foundation of Knowledge Synthesis
The goal of the Synthesis is therefore to provide a higher level of knowledge base analysis tools so that Graph Data Science Scientists can work together with people to simplify an increasingly complex landscape.
This criticizes the conception of an organization as a machine for producing and processing information. Thus establishing the entity that creates knowledge, as the base element of all the ideas presented below, in the new eco universe:
[KNOWLEDGE CREATION AND STRATEGY COMMITMENT]
CREATION OF KNOWLEDGE AS A SYNTHESIS PROCESS:
•Synthesis is not a reconciliation. Rather, it is the cultivation of opposing traits through the dynamic process of dialogue and practice;
•Entities coexist with the environment, because they are subject to environmental influences, just as the environment is influenced by entities;
•This conceptualization of interdependence, between entities and structure, is similar to structuration theory. Existing theories, which deal with the static state of an organization at a given time, cannot deal with such a dynamic process.
How to explain the dynamic process of creating and using knowledge?
The basic argument is that knowledge creation is a synthesizing process through which organizations interact with individuals and the environment to transcend emerging paradoxes.
Promotion of Knowledge Creation Within the Synthetic Universe: Additionally, and complementary, the structural concepts associated with Knowledge Management are presented in digital.brain.eco.br. These concepts are: "Bah" and "Basho", defined by the Japanese Nishida Kitaro, who sought to integrate Eastern and Western philosophies. At this level, we are working with a complex system. The focus once again is to shift the development center from companies to personal bases. Here the importance of creating collaborative spaces for synthesis within the platform as mentioned previously. We believe that we are at the ideal technological moment to carry out this transformation.
