After much coercion from those closest to me, I've decided to post a solo reading of my first full length play "Synthetic Truths", the first scene of it anyway. I wrote this play in the long forgotten year of 2014, but it retains a special place in my heart. Synthetic Truths is the story of an Afterlife Courtroom, populated and managed by historical figures. And this particular case concerns the character of one Erwin Rommel, one of the most contentious and famous figures of the 2nd World War. Humor, Drama, and competing egos all clash in the hopes of seperating fact from opinion. All in the hopes of establishing some final assesment of one man's soul, and findng some deeper truth in the human soul.
