This week Ash outlines the racist practice known as Redlining. A tool used by banks, city planners and various business as a tool to keep the BIPOC in America in a cycle of poverty. Systemic Racism is an issue built deep into the foundation of our entire system and in order for us to end it, it's important to understand where it is, what it looks like, and how it started.
