  • You have to learn to trust people if you are going to build a business. This as well as having a robust system to manage and hire employees is essential.
  •  Look at what motivates people because when you do, you realise that moving forward and achieving goals, no matter what they are, is what drives people. You can then start to implement things that cultivate and encourage this to keep your employees engaged and happy.
  • If you get the right people they will not only follow the systems, they will help create and build them.
