Paul is an experienced Commissioning and Systems Completion professional currently based in Calgary, Canada.  He has spent the last 25 years of his life working on major projects throughout the world as an Electrical Commissioning Technician moving into Systems Completion and in recent years as a Director and a General Manager. During this time, Paul has helped develop some unique tools, techniques and insights into Systems Completions Management which we are going to talk about today.
