As she started to rebuild her life and get back her passions, she realized how many females out there needed tools and resources to live a more balanced and intentional life. Now, she has created her own business, Quench Collective, which supports entrepreneurs in their journeys through mindfulness, self-care and productivity to avoid getting burnt out, and allow you to put yourself first in life.
