You know how you manifest something? You speak it--let it out into the universe! That's what I did with a recent Instagram post. That post got back to my dad and he thought it was such a great idea....he started spreading the word and I shrunk just a bit behind my fear and anxiety! What is something you want to do but haven't had the courage to speak it out into the universe??

I am constantly working on myself. I have boundaries. I am no longer asking for more things to do so people will like me. I am no longer going along with the crowd. I do what I want, when I want, and if I want. You know, I like me....no, I LOVE ME and frankly....that's enough for me.
