Hey everyone, this episode was difficult and healing all at once. Luckily, I had my sweet friend caitlin with me to guide me as I feel all the feelings, and help me have this conversation with you guys. I don't have all the answers... I actually have no idea what I'm doing. All I know is that breakups are hard and I am currently in the toughest stage of it all. I hope these fresh and vulnerable feelings can resonate with at least someone. Let this be a reminder to always choose yourself first.
