This episode is in honour of everyone that has passed onto the other side, and everyone that has had to experience the painful and unbearable feeling of loss. Sasha and I talk about all things grief- the messy and the ugly, the hopefulness and joy. Grief never ends, the only way we continue on is by keeping the people we've lost around in little ways we know how. Our hope with this episode is to create more conversation around death and grief. We wish for it to offer that little bit of peace and hope we all search for in this pain. Massive thank you to Sasha for doing this episode with me.
