Alison worked on several projects such as the Workforce initiative that links people in PR with HIV to healthcare as well as addressing housing and employment needs using the TCC NYC model. She also has several publications and works as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, School of Health Professions. In 2020, she and her partner Jackie Cruzado, formed ACOJA Consulting, which is a New York City certified minority and women owned business looking to open doors and make a difference.
