She formally sought education by earning a BSW degree in social work from the illustrious Morgan State University and earning her MSW from NYU (Silver School of Social Work). Currently, Nyah duly occupies a professional space as a social worker in a DOE public school and a private clinical practice. Nyah's motto is, “Own where you are so that you can influence where you're going"! A firm believer in finding balance in both purpose and pleasure, Nyah continues to cultivate a platform highlighting that very message to anyone who crosses her path in the hope that it provides an impetus for others to produce a life of authentic bliss and "innerstanding" for themselves.
In this episode, we are going to have a conversation about what it's like being a social worker and the important work that we do on all levels!
