Monique Marez, coordinator of the Pueblo Food Project, discussed the issue of accessibility to healthy and affordable foods in Pueblo. She defined what a "food desert" is and how the Pueblo Food Project is working with local farms to help residents on the East side of town access healthy, farm-fresh foods.
