Dr. Allan Cahoon is a University Professor and Past President of Royal Roads University. He has had an extensive career as an international educational leader serving at three Canadian Universities and three International Universities. He is past president of the InterAmerican Organization of Higher Education, a member of the Board of Colegias de la Americas, The Chair Institute and a member of the International Advisory Committee of Beifang International Education Group.
