As we turn our focus to Diabetes Awareness Month, I am excited to welcome back, Rachel Mayo, Outreach Manager for JDRF in Middle and East TN.

Rachel is a native Nashvillian. She has spoken to groups of people with T1D all over the world and is passionate about helping others navigate the disease with a positive spirit. She'll never turn down an opportunity to dance, pet a dog or hold a baby, and she is most excited to welcome her first child into the world this Christmas.
