Tabitha McNulty knew she wanted to become a lawyer after visiting a courtroom in kindergarten. She accomplished that goal in 2005 after graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law. She now represents families of foster children in termination cases at the Arkansas Commission of Parent Counsel in Little Rock.
