Hospitality veteran Gia Pascarella has been a staple in this business from quiet sometime. Throwing it back to the old school NYC days bartending at some of the legendary spots like the Copa, Lime light and others she quickly found her niche and worked her way up through the hospitality industry and has touched almost every major event the industry has seen.  You know your important when you don’t have a title and you are just referred to as “Gia” the get shit done person.
