Meet Tim Bryan.
Tim has worked in some of the best kitchens in Australia and the UK. He completed his apprenticeship at Opera Bar, was Senior Su Chef of Aria, and also opened Chiwisk, as head chef, which is owned by Australia top restraunteur Matt Moran.
