Meet Osheen Arakelian, owner of The Valley specialty coffee, West Pennant Hills. 

Osheen went to University to study law and finished with a double degree, but once he had graduated he knew his future was hospitality. 

He has now been in the industry for over 15 years and has built an amazing reputation within the cafe and coffee industry. One of Osheen’s best qualities is his positive “can do” attitude - nothing is ever a problem. 

I loved the conversation I had with him. He doesn’t hold back when it comes to certain topics, especially when it comes to people leaving reviews, which we had a good laugh about.
