As Amtrak plans to start the largest demolition project ever on the Susquehanna River to remove the historic P,W&B Railroad bridge piers between Havre de Grace and Perryville, Torrey has a conversation with Scott Spencer, COO of AmeriStarRail, who is working to preserve the structures and  include them as the Underground Railroad Monuments of Freedom with the National Park Service. We talk about the history of the structures as well as other issues related to rail service in the Baltimore Metro region.
