My own journey through life's hardship has been the catalyst for the work that I'm currently doing. For years I experienced events of physical, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual trauma. This left me devastated as I battled dark nights of the soul around mental health (depression) sexuality, grief, loss, attachment/abandonment disorders, codependency, shame, fear, rejection, addiction, and eating disorders. 

 Through a spiritual awakening my life began to drastically change. I encountered a penetrating love that fostered inner hope and spread throughout my being. I knew my life was about to change for the better. I began to understand I didn't need to live with deep pain and trauma. Thus started years of intense shadow work to overcome my past.
