This time last year, my health was up in the air. For 10 months, I lived in the unknown. I'm incredibly happy to share that I'm healthy. In the time I have gotten the good news, I have been honoring all that has transpired/transformed & catching my breath. I have learned a lot about the mind, body, spirit connection through this & can now say with certainty that health is wealth. I have changed tremendously; it would be humanely impossible to stay the same after this. With that, I will need to reintroduce myself to many, so I will start by saying hello. My name is Kenzie, and I'm a Certified Professional Astrologer who has Uranus right on her Ascendant.
10 THINGS MY HEALTH SCARE TAUGHT ME
- You may begin thinking irrationally.
- Having a spiritual practice is crucial.
- Listen to the calling of you heart, and go wherever it tells you to go.
- Don’t stop telling your story, you have no idea who can help you/who you can help in doing so...
- The people that are there for you might not be the people you think of first.
- People struggle with taboo topics, so don’t take every word personal. In addition, you don’t know what a person is dealing with, so be kind.
- Eliminate all stressors in your life, even if that means people.
- It’s very smart to get a second opinion.
- Those who battle life-threatening diseases are some of the most courageous people you’ll ever come in contact with...
- Never take your health for granted.
