TABOO TOPICS TUESDAY: Talking About Intimacy

Listen Later

For the month of May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, we are discussing various TABOO topics that often carry the most stigma in the realm of mental health. Our taboo topic this week is INTIMACY - a subject often difficult to discuss even without the added layer of mental health conditions, so therefore even more important for us to try to normalize the conversation. Join us as we talk about sex, vulnerability, interpersonal relationships, medications, the symptoms and side effects of mental health conditions and more!
