After her own experiences with anxiety, Jules has written and developed a course to offer support, help, and hope to anyone experiencing the destructive effects of anxiety on their wellbeing. During this interview,  they discussed understanding anxiety, challenging habitual negative thought patterns, and helping our well-being.
