It's the end of the week, and on this episode Gabrielle Tiven and Daniel Kelly take over the podcast to discuss their work with the Pacific Coast Food Waste Commitment to study the causes and solutions for waste and loss of fresh strawberries at every step of the supply chain.

During their time on the project, Gabrielle and Daniel had the chance to visit farms, pack houses, distribution centers, and grocery stores to collect data and observe how the fruit moves through the supply chain.
