In this show, host J.B. Adams interviews Tadar Muhammad, who currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Workforce Development for Home Builders Institute (HBI). In his role, Mr. Muhammad helps young people develop the work skills they will need to succeed in home building jobs as well as careers.
