In this episode I'll be talking about EPA (Environmental Protections Agency) inspections in China and what I'm doing to mitigate the real risk that these inspections could have on my business. I'll also be talking about how delays in production have caused me to COMPLETELY changed my strategy in Q4 from shipping test orders and the using a second shipment as the bulk of my inventory for Q4, to only having one shipment for all of Q4 and using warehouses to help me reduct my cost.
