So today I’m doing something slightly different. I have mostly had this podcast focus solely on Private Label FBA businesses and I’ve mentioned in passing some of the other business models such as Retail Arbitrage. And today, I’m bringing to you one of the most successful guys out there who is crushing the Wholesale business model!
Larry Lubarsky joins me today and we talk about how he took an initial $50k investment and turned that into an $18 million wholesale empire!
We go deep into how this business model works and the steps Larry took to build his super successful business. This is a business model that I tried my hand at and was not very successful with but Larry talks specifically about how YOU can be successful with, one of the key principles being this: The harder it is to get accounts opened with suppliers, the more likely you are to have a stable price and less likely there will be a race to the bottom. The reason being that as you raise the barriers to finding and working with suppliers, the harder it is for your competitors to get that same account which means less people will be selling that product, hence less competition and a lower chance for a race to the bottom!
