Key Themes and Concepts:
1. Manifestations of Allah’s Mercy (Rahmah):
• Allah’s Rahmah is demonstrated through His forgiveness.
• Humans commit sins primarily due to a lack of self-control (Jahalah), not ignorance.
• True repentance (Tawbah) involves acknowledging the wrongdoing, rectifying the error, and sincerely intending to not repeat it.

2. Making Up Missed Worship (Qada):
• If prayers (Salah), fasting, or Zakat were missed, they must be made up.
• Calculation of missed Salah doesn’t require precision; an estimate (ballpark figure) suffices.
• Method suggested: Regularly pray additional Qada prayers after daily obligatory prayers. During Ramadan, Taraweeh prayers can also count toward Qada prayers.
• Allah completes and forgives sincerely intended Qada that remain unfinished at death.
3. Balancing Worship and Social Life:
• Islam discourages isolating oneself from society for the sake of making up missed prayers or worship.
• Worship and daily life can coexist without the need for complete isolation.
4. Understanding of Ayat (Verses):
• Allah repeats reminders through different angles and perspectives (multiple verses addressing the same topic) to foster deeper understanding.
• Rejection of clear signs and reminders characterises criminals (Mujrimin).
5. Rasulullah ﷺ as the “First Muslim”:
• Not chronological but emphasising being foremost in dedication and sincerity.
• Encouragement to excel spiritually and to always strive for the highest reward.
