Women's hygiene and sanitary needs are often a question in remote areas where they do not have access to sanitary napkins and some haven't even heard about it. Here's a story about an Indian girl who wonders about her periods and the restrictions imposed on her at the onset of menstruation. Thankfully, with awareness and education a lot has changed for the better.
