Call the police, I've gone over the 5 minute time limit today, but I think this is an important category that I regularly get asked about by my clients. I'm covering three high level tag categories that I advise we all think about when creating a tagging structure.

Please note, there is no right or wrong way to tag your contacts but it's great to keep things as simple as possible by having a well defined structure.
