Tahira Sheriff has traveled a long way from Sri Lanka to Tulsa on a Professional Fellowship Program organized by the Gaylord College in the University of Oklahoma and the US state Department. She was assigned to work closely with the Tulsa Area United Way to gain and share knowledge to progress her work done in Sri Lanka through her non profit foundation- Alengko Foundation.
