A lot of people have become cocktail mixologists during the pandemic – that’s because in most places it’s still not safe to go to a bar. In today’s show, we are going to invent a Taiwanese version of a well-known cocktail, inspired by a recent dish we featured in our show: stir-fried snails.
Today’s menu: In our first course, we’ll tell you some pandemic drinking trends, both good and bad. In our second course we begin building a locally inspired Bloody Mary (including one version without alcohol), plus we'll give you a little background on this iconic drink. And in our third and final course, we’ll be sampling our inventive cocktail.
