A Taiwanese teen recently woke up from a coma after hearing his brother say "I'm gonna eat your favorite fried chicken!" It's an incredible story about chicken cutlets which got us thinking about the potency of another deep-fried favorite: Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (鹽酥雞, yan su ji, or literally "salty, crispy chicken."
